The 4-1/8 x 7 inch red linen hardcover, 206 page book starts with full-page photos of Adolf Hitler, the famous Mangfall Bridge (shown above), a new stretch of the Reichsautobahn between Munich and Salzburg as well as the Nazi Honor Temples and other buildings on the Königsplatz in downtown Munich.

This is a very nice example of the heavily illustrated, almanac-type yearbook published by Der Deutsche Automobil Club (DDAC or The German Automobile Club) for its members in 1937.

A total of 125,000 examples of this 1937 DDAC Clubbuch were published by Motorwelt Verlag in Munich. The owner's information page was torn out but a few pencil notes about trip expenses were scribbled on some calendar pages. The color of the cover is bright, not faded but it has a few minor stains. No odor.

There is also advertising for Motorwelt (the "magazine for German motorists"), WHW, and DDAC road maps and touring maps.
